In power and steam generation units, a big challenge is production of power and steam by turbines and boilers in their full loads. Because of consumption fluctuations in process, production is altered and unit efficiency decreased. In this paper, turbine efficiency reduction due to operation in non-full loads was investigated and different solutions like adding turbo-generator for power and LP steam production evaluated. The results were 10 percent augmentation in turbine efficiency, stability in boiler operation and possibility of working in full loads of boilers and conversion of excess steam to power.
